Durafence
Black, bronze or white. Holds a straight line on a long run and does not read as heavy.
Aluminum
See-through, for keeping the view and still closing the yard. Common around pools.
Vinyl picket
Lower, for the front yard, when the point is a boundary and not a wall.
Horse fence
Long runs on acreage, where the fence has to cover ground and stay visible.

What's included in our service
Before anything goes in the ground we walk the line with you and agree on it, because being off by a foot turns into a neighbor problem that outlives the fence. Then we locate what is buried out there: irrigation runs the perimeter on most Florida lots, cable is often shallow, and if you are on septic the drain field is not a place for posts. We pull the permit and take the old fence with us.
Fence is one of five things we do, and it matters here more than it sounds. Walking a property line is when we see the channel the roof dug alongside the house, or the screen enclosure the rain gets through. Same crew handles those, so nobody has to come back a third time.

Aluminum keeps the view and still closes the yard, which is why it shows up around pools. Picket is for the front, where the point is a boundary and not a wall. What is buried along a Florida property line
On most lots here the irrigation runs the perimeter, which is exactly where the posts go. Cable and low voltage are often shallow and rarely marked well. If you are on septic, the drain field is not a place for posts. Most quotes never bring this up and you find out when something gets hit. We locate it first and route around.

1 You tell us what's wrong
The water smells. The fence went down. Rain comes through the lanai screen. Whatever it is, in your own words — you don't need to know what to call it.
2 We come out and check it
If it's water, we test it at your sink and you keep the numbers. If it's outside, we measure. Either way you get the price in writing, on the spot.
3 We do the work
Same crew, and if you've got two problems we handle both. We mark utilities before we dig, and anything we touch goes back the way we found it.

The fence line is where the water ends up
When we walk a property line, the thing we see most often has nothing to do with the fence: a channel dug into the grass alongside the house, where the roof dumps rain every storm because there are no gutters.
It matters here because that is soft, washed-out ground, and it is right where posts and the bottom of the panels sit.
We will point it out when we see it. Whether you do anything about it is up to you.

What about my sprinkler lines and cables?
We locate what is buried along the line before we dig, and route the posts around it. Irrigation runs the perimeter on most Florida lots, which is exactly where a fence goes, so this is not a rare problem.
Do I need a permit?
Usually yes, and it depends on your county and your HOA. We handle it as part of the job so it does not land on you.
How do we know where the line actually is?

What is the warranty?
It varies by material and by fence type, so we put it in writing on your estimate instead of giving you one number that would not be true for every job.
How long does it take?
Most residential yards go up in a day or two once the permit is through and the material is in.
Does my HOA have to approve it?
In most Central Florida neighborhoods, yes, and they usually have rules about height, color and style. Get their approval before you order anything. We can tell you what is normally allowed around here, but the HOA has the final say, not us.
What is the warranty?
It varies by material and by fence type, so we put the exact terms in writing on your estimate instead of quoting one number that would not be true for every job.
Are gates included?
Gates are priced with the job, not after it. Tell us where you want them when we walk the line, including the wide one if you need to get a mower or a trailer through.
What if the ground is not level?
Most Florida lots have some slope. The fence either steps down in sections or follows the grade, and which one looks right depends on the run. We will show you what we would do before it goes up.
